How do I find my business on namibians.com?+
Use the search bar on the homepage. You can search by business name, town, or category. If your business is registered in Namibia, there is a good chance it is already listed.
Is it free to be listed?+
Yes. Basic listings are completely free, forever. We list businesses from public records at no cost. You can claim your listing for free to verify and update your information.
How many businesses are listed?+
Over 20,000 Namibian businesses across 30+ towns. We add new businesses regularly from BIPA registrations, public directories, and business owner submissions.

Claiming Your Listing

How do I claim my listing?+
Find your business on namibians.com, then click the "Claim This Business" button. You will need to verify that you are the owner or an authorized representative. Once verified, you can update your business details, add a logo, and write a description.
What does the Verified badge mean?+
The Verified badge means the business owner (or authorized representative) has confirmed and taken control of the listing. It tells customers the information is accurate and up to date. Claiming is free.
What do I need to claim my business?+
You need a valid email address associated with your business and the ability to verify ownership. This can be done via a business email address, a phone call, or providing your BIPA registration details.

Gold Tier

What is a Gold listing?+
Gold is our premium tier. Gold businesses get featured placement in their town and category, a distinctive Gold badge, up to 10 photos, a WhatsApp button, social media links, monthly analytics reports, and priority search ranking.
How much does Gold cost?+
N$199/month or N$1,999/year (save 16%). That works out to about N$5.47 per day. All Gold plans include our 100-view guarantee.
What do I get with Gold that I do not get with a free listing?+
Gold unlocks featured placement at the top of search results, up to 10 business photos, the Gold badge and border, monthly analytics showing views and clicks, a WhatsApp contact button, social media links, and priority ranking in your town.
Can I cancel my Gold subscription?+
Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime with no penalty. Annual plans include our 100-view guarantee: if you do not get at least 100 views in 90 days, you get a full refund and keep the listing for the rest of the year.

NA Grand Slam

What is the NA Grand Slam?+
The NA Grand Slam is the all-in-one digital presence package for Namibian businesses. It bundles everything you need to get online and get found, powered by Dynamic Internet Consultants (dic.net).
What is included in the NA Grand Slam?+
For N$399/month you get: a .com.na domain name, a professional website, business email hosting, a Gold listing on namibians.com, Google Business Profile setup, and dedicated support. It is the complete package.
Do I need to buy each service separately?+
No. The Grand Slam bundles domain registration (normally N$500/yr), website design (N$3,000+), email hosting (N$1,200/yr), and a Gold listing (N$1,999/yr) into one simple monthly payment of N$399.
How do I sign up for the NA Grand Slam?+

How do I update my listing information?+
If you have claimed your listing, log in to your account and edit your business profile directly. If you have not claimed yet, start by claiming your listing (it is free). For urgent updates, email [email protected] with your business name and the changes you need.
I cannot find my business. How do I get listed?+
If your business is not yet in our directory, email [email protected] with your business name, town, category, phone number, and a brief description. We will add you within 24 hours, free of charge.
